Why have I been charged twice in one month?

When we set up a payment, we create a trigger which then allows us to charge you via direct debit, that trigger will always take 3-5 working days to leave your bank account. If a payment fails, it will take a further 3-5 working days for us to take the payment from you, meaning there is a chance that if you miss a first payment then you could be making 2x payments within the same calendar month.
