In order to change your direct debit details, you need to follow the below instructions:
1 - Contact your bank and ask them to cancel the direct debit with Billing Better (note that you can sometimes do this within your personal online banking app within the direct debits area).
2 - You'll then receive an automated email from us asking you to re set up your payment. Follow the link within the email to complete your account setup. Note that this email will take 1/2 working days to get to you.
3 - Please ensure that you follow these instructions quickly, as failure to re set up your payment within a few days will mean that we're not able to charge you for your bills and your bills won't be paid, triggering warning letters and action from your bill suppliers.
