If you have any late payments please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as you can. There are a number of options for settling late payments.
We can either let the direct debits re-attempt themselves and as long as you have enough money in your account, the payment will be made.
Alternatively we can send you a payment link to clear your missed payments via bank transfer.
As long as your payments are not made, your bills will not be paid to the suppliers so thank you for reaching out. It's super important we get your payments back on track to stop the suppliers sending you letters for non payment.
