When signing up to our service, you will have chosen an energy supplier as part of our package. We always work with a dedicated energy supplier to ensure that we are able to automatically provide you with your energy usage and ensure you're paying the right amount for your bills.
Switches to this provider will always take place between 5-30 days and will generate a final bill from the existing supplier. If the bill is sent to you rather than to us, we ask that you upload to your online account here so that we can action the bill accordingly.
Most of the time, we can use the money you have paid us to cover the final bill, unless the switch has happened within your first monthly billing period (we'll explain this more once we action the bill you upload to your account).
